How To Repair A System EnterpriseServices Wrapper.dll Toad (Tool For Application Developers) Error

Have you tried to install Toad (Tool For Application Developers) but when you try to add a database you get a SystemEnterpriseServicesWrapper.dll error. If so this instruction will show you how to fix the issue.

The .dll error is due to a .NET Framework. The first step to fix this error is to reinstall or install the latest .NET Framework. You can find the exe on microsoft.com or by clicking on the
following link:

Once you click on the microsoft.com link you will want to click on the download button.

Next, Microsoft will then ask you to save the exe. You will want to save the exe in a folder where you will be able to find the exe.

You will want to double click on the exe.

Now that you clicked on the exe, the .exe will ask you to run the .exe. Click, "Run."

The Microsoft .NET Framework setup should now appear. Here you will click the "Next" button.

Microsoft will then ask for you to accept the terms of there agreements. First read the agreement then if you agree to the terms select the "I accept the terms of the License Agreement." Then click the "Install" button.
Note: If you do not accept the terms of agreement, you will not be able to install Microsoft .NET Framework. In addition, if you already have Microsoft .NET Framework installed you will want to click on the "Repair" button. This will fix any issues you have with your Microsoft .NET Framework, in which it will help resolve your SystemEnterpriseServicesWrapper.dll error.
Note: If you do not accept the terms of agreement, you will not be able to install Microsoft .NET Framework. In addition, if you already have Microsoft .NET Framework installed you will want to click on the "Repair" button. This will fix any issues you have with your Microsoft .NET Framework, in which it will help resolve your SystemEnterpriseServicesWrapper.dll error.

Now that you installed or repaired your Microsoft .NET Framework you will now be able to add your database with Toad without having a SystemEnterpriseServicesWrapper.dll error. Enjoy!
