How To Surprise Your Parents On Their Anniversary

So it's Mom and Dad's silver anniversary? How do you show them your admiration for withstanding the tests of true love and time? More than that, how do you show them that you're one proud daughter or son?

Make sure you keep the whole thing as a secret. If you're planning the surprise with your sisters and other relatives, ensure that the plan does not spill. Tell everybody to act normal before the big event. This should be the biggest and most memorable surprise of their life.

No to material gifts. If you're planning a silver wedding celebration for instance, by then they'd be in their 50's or beyond. Older people will it easier to appreciate presents with sentimental value over material ones.

One great surprise would be organizing a family reunion and throwing a silver wedding celebration or so to Mom and Dad. Invite a few distant relatives and other close friends to come over. Prepare a short video for them as well. You can even plan on a mock wedding entourage if you want.

Ask your kids (their grandchildren) to join the event. They will surely bring delight and joy to Mom and Dad.
