How To Turn a Pair Of Jeans Into Vintage Jeans

Are you tired of seeing worn out jeans for a few hundred bucks? Would you like to own a pair of those jeans, but without paying the price high price for them? If so, this instruction will show you how to take a pair of $10 denim jeans and turn them into a pair of hip stylish vintage pair of jeans.

First you will need to following supplies.
1. Pair of Jeans "In this instruction I am using a $10 pair of jeans from Wal-Mart"
2. Sand block or sand paper
3. Red pencil or red crayon
4. Spray bottle filled with water

Take your red pencil or red crayon and start drawing lines on your jeans with your red pencil or red crayon.

You jeans should look like the following instructional image. The red lines will help your jeans get that vintage look.

Next take your spray bottle filled with water and spray the area where you marked your jeans with the red pencil or red crayon.

Now that you sprayed your jeans with the water you will then take your sand block or sand paper and gently sand jeans. You will want to sand up and down on your jeans to give it that vintage look. Besides from sanding your jeans you can also make a couple tears to the jeans giving them that extra vintage feel.

Once you have sanded down your jeans they will look a little bit lighter as shown in the instructional image.

Once you have done sanded your jeans to vintage look you are looking for you will want to shake out all the jean fibers that came off during your sanding.

Lastly you will want to throw your jeans in the wash. It's good to wash you jeans at least 3 times by themselves because some of the color may fade and you do not want to color from your jeans to spread to your other clothes.

Now that you have washed your jeans you can now show of your cheap $10 pair of jeans that look like a hundred bucks! Enjoy!
