An interesting way to keep the kids occupied and busy is to let them design a website.

Download a WYSIWYG website editor off the internet. There are many free editors available, look for something very basic. The particular editors’ descriptions will give an indication of how complex it is to use.

Teach yourself to use the editor. Basic editors will take about an hour of your time.

When next the children start singing the “I’m bored” song, introduce them to the editor.

There are several sites with easy to use interfaces that will host websites for free, and will also provide a selection of nifty site add-ons.
