Millions of people suffer from allergy eyes. Eyes may itch, burn, water, sting and are uncomfortable. Here is how to help allergy eyes.
1
Try to identify what is causing your allery eyes. It may be seasonal caused by pollen or perennial caused by dust, pet dander etc. Also consider if the issue could be cosmetics you are using or an allergy to the contacts you are wearing.
2
Try to avoid or minimize things that trigger your allergy eyes. If you are allergic to dust for example, cut back on things that collect dust. If you have a problem with contact lenses, try switching to daily lenses.
3
If the issue is pollen try to stay indoors and keep the air conditioner running. The air conditioner helps filter out the allergens that cause allergy eyes.
4
Don't rub the eyes. Rubbing the eyes irritates them and makes allery eyes worse.
5
Apply antihistimine drops like Zaditor or Alloway to the eyes on a daily basis.
6
Consult your doctor if you are still having problems with allergy eyes.
