Ikea Akurum Base Cabinet Frame Assembly Instruction

Here you will find step by step instructions on how to assemble your Ikea Akurum

You will need the following tools.
* Screwdriver
* Hammer
* Screwdriver
* Hammer

Lay out all boards flat. Please attach screws and hinges as shown with a screwdriver.

Attach wood fasteners to large support and the two small supports as shown. Attach supports (Large and 2 small) to base board via wood fasteners.

You then will place the next wooden side board and tighten the wooden side board with the screw fasteners.

You then will want to line up the backboard to the back end of the Akurum Base cabinet. Once the back end is lined up you will then want to nail in the front end of the backboard.

Next you will need to nail in the back end of the backboard.

Place the inside brackets in the cabinet and use a pencil to make a set marking.

Take the round flat head screws and screw the screws half way where the bracket markings where made by your pencil.

You will then want to screw in the bracket hinges.

Now that the base is put together you will now add the bottom base boards. To do this you first need to mark each board to line up with the bottom legs of cabinet.

Add the bottom leg snappers to hold in the bottom boards.

Snap in in the bottom boards to the cabinet.

You have now finished putting together your Ikea Akurum Base Cabinet Frame.
