With the New Year many of us set New Year Resolutions such as to lose weight, quit smoking, and save money. Whatever it may be this instruction will give you great tips on how to keep you on track with your New Year Resolutions.

Plan for your New Year Resolutions. Setting any type of resolution is not easy and setting a plan, months in advance, will help you stick to your resolution goals.

Always set realistic goals: Setting goals that are unrealistic may be seem overwhelming and unachievable. You are better off setting a small goal like saving one thousand dollars this year instead of saying you will save ten thousand dollars this year. Setting a small realisitc goal will have you feeling a sense of accomplishment at the end of this year. It will also be a stepping stone for next years resolution.

Setting weekly or daily email reminders. These reminders will help you stay on track with your New Year Resolutions.

Positive Reinforcement! What do I mean by this? When you wake up in the morning look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself positive things on why you are keeping to your New Year Resolutions, and how its helping you out in your life. Positive reinforcement goes a long way.
