This guide was made for the sole purpose of helping the average person get the skulls, achievements, and armor permutations in halo 3. I guess because I’m tired of telling people where to get the skull and/or taking them through the game to get the achievements/skulls. A lot of the information you will find here came from halo.wikia.com (halopedia) and I have tested and found it accurate.
