    Hello nfsmom01 -

Thank you for your request in trying to find an instruction on your Craig MP4 Player. It seems the problem you have is a common problem. To fix this issue you will need to do the following.

    1. Make sure all your song files are in mp4 format. Note that your Craig MP4 Player will not play songs that are in MP3, WMA, WAV, AVI, RM and RMVB format. If your songs are not in the mp4 format then this is your problem.

    2. Make sure you fully downloaded your songs. Sometimes when people download songs they do not wait in till the download is finished and then they would try to move the unfinished downloaded songs to there mp3 player.

    3. If the song is fully downloaded to your PC next try to see if the song will play on your PC. If the song does not play on your PC then it would not play on your mp3 player.

    4. If the song works next make sure your USB connection to you PC is fully attached to your computer and to your Craig MP4 Player. Sometimes people do not securely connect there USB connector to the PC's USB port and to the Craig MP4 Player itself.

    5. If the connections are secure you will notice that you PC has recognized a new drive. It may appear D-Removable disc or H-removable disc and in some cases it may say I-Removable disc. If this doesn’t appear then something is wrong with your connection.

    6. If you connection is secure and the songs are good then delete the unplayable songs and re-import them onto your Craig MP4 Player again. Note that this will take sometime to transfer your songs to your Craig MP4 Player. Once the transfer is complete eject your Craig MP4 Player. To do this double click D-removable disc, H-removable disc or they I-Removable disc then stop the device. This will eject your Craig MP4 Player correctly from your PC.

    7. If this didn’t fix your problem you can refer to the owner’s manual by clicking on the link below.
